Here at Organic MD Learn, our focus is to inspire you through knowledge.
Knowledge about yourself, about your community and about the world.
We are capable of great change, great transformation. Our core state can be one of wellness and balance. We just need to make simple changes.
This site is here to expand on the work we do at Organic MD. We wanted a place people could come to learn more in depth the topics we cover on the site. Things like healthy eating, detoxification and emotional wellness. Our intention here is to provide ongoing educational experiences on subjects key to understanding how to transform your health. So much of this is in your control. You can make a difference simply by changing your diet and your lifestyle.
How do we know this? Well we’ve seen thousands of people make these changes over the years. They visited Dr. Miller with a serious illness, and over the course of a safe and non-evasive treatment they recovered their wellness. They discovered what was out of balance and made different choices.
So whether it is our 6 week course on Healthy Eating, our Detox program or one of the other programs we are developing – our plan is to provide compelling content that will inspire and motivate. We want you to have the best life possible, where your health supports you in all your endeavors and passions. Your health is an ally, not a force working against you.

INSTRUCTORS
Dr. Damon P. Miller, MD
In practice since 1985, Dr. Damon Miller is a board-certified medical doctor and certified by the American Naturopathic Certification Board with a broad and extensive medical background. However, Dr. Miller does not practice traditional medicine. Instead, he follows a natural, drugless therapy approach to healthcare and his practice is limited to safe, non-surgical medicine.
His general focus is on the treatment of people with chronic, terminal and recurrent illnesses that have not been well-treated by traditional medicine. Using such therapies as acupuncture, Eastern and Western botanical medicine, detoxification, stress management, lifestyle counseling and clinical nutrition, Dr. Miller helps clients of all ages and from all walks of life to heal and live a healthier life. This includes extensive work with oncology patients.
Dr. Miller uses techniques of Oriental Medicine, coupled with his knowledge as a board-certified radiologist, to support patients during chemotherapy and radiation therapy. He also devotes part of his practice to the development and utilization of microcurrent stimulation therapy for the treatment of retinal diseases, especially macular degeneration. Encouraged by the surprising improvements he saw in people with eye diseases that he had been taught in medicine were hopeless and untreatable, he has devoted a significant part of his practice to the treatment of eye disorders.
As a medical doctor, he recognizes the ways the body has of healing itself with a little support. And as a medical doctor, he also supports the teachings of Hippocrates, including his words, “I will use my power to help the sick to the best of my ability and judgment; I will abstain from harming or wrongdoing any man by it.” (From Hippocratic Writings, as translated by J. Chadwick and W N. Mann, Penguin Books, 1950.)
That’s why Dr. Miller offers safe therapies with a scientific basis that work in conjunction with the body’s own ability to prevent or overcome illness naturally. Over the years, he has helped thousands of people with assorted medical, physical and emotional conditions restore their bodies to maximum health without the need for either drugs or surgery.
Dr. Miller performs Classical Five-Element Acupuncture as taught to him by professors J. R. and Judy Worsley. Now a master acupuncturist carrying on the Worsleys’ work, Dr. Miller has also studied with other internationally recognized authorities such as Dr. Julian Scott.
A board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologist with Special Certification in Interventional Radiology, Dr. Miller has been in practice as a medical doctor since 1985 and practicing in California since 1995. He is devoted to finding sustainable ways to treat and support the health of those who come to see him, believing that good medicine should be easy, simple and cheap.
